Community Partner Summit

Community Partner Summit 2009
Tuesday, October 27, 2009, from 12 noon to 4 pm

This will be a time for community partners, the Office of Community Health, and other Stanford representatives to gather to share the findings of the Assessment of Community Health Centers Partnership with Stanford Medicine and discuss how Stanford can enhance partnerships. Heather Davidson, PhD, Manager, Strategic Initiatives will be facilitating the event.
